1. The Website
1.1 The oneroundcamping.com website is owned and operated by One Round Camping, a business registered and operating in South Africa. Our trading address is: Unit 9, The Straight Avenue, Pine Slopes, Sandton, Gauteng, 2194, South Africa. Our South African Tax ID is 9074420242.
1.2 All of the goods on this Website are offered by One Round Camping, which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
2. Orders
2.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right, without reason, to refuse any order.
2.2 All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a “notification of dispatch” email sent to your registered email address at the time of purchase.
2.3 If you wish to order goods restricted to certain age groups, you must declare that you meet the minimum legal age requirement. If we believe this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (or applicable sales tax) at the prevailing rate, where applicable.
3.2 While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price. We are not obligated to honor orders at incorrect prices.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment, including applicable delivery charges, must be made using the methods available on the website at the time of purchase. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4.2 Orders will not be dispatched until full cleared payment is received.
4.3 If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges or duties, original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
5. Delivery
5.1 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
5.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
6. Non-Delivery
6.1 Lost parcels are rare. In most cases, undelivered packages are returned to us as “unclaimed.” Please check with your local courier or post office before contacting us regarding non-delivery. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you, and additional postage charges may apply before re-shipping.
6.2 If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you must notify us within 28 days of the dispatch date.
7. Returns
7.1 You may return products in accordance with our Returns Policy
